Chutney: remove support for Tor's pre-0.3.5 directory structure

test-network*.sh still supports Tor's pre-0.3.5 directory structure. And there may be other Tor 0.2.9 code in chutney.

Now that 0.2.9 is unsupported, we can remove this code.

We should be able to find it by grepping for "0.2.9", "029", "src/or", "src/common", "0.3.5", or "035".

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
