Add irl to the "check" and "tordnsel" LDAP groups
To assist in working out how to finish #29399 (moved), it looks like there are some changes on the existing host for check that are not in the git repo.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
