Lower log level of standard error messages from PT's
While trying to reproduce #32034 (moved) I noticed we were logging messages sent from a PT on stderr with warn as log level, which is probably too high.
Already wrote a patch for it in #32034 (moved), but I need to update the changes file to use this ticket ID.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
