Let users exit the Tor browser on Android without connecting to Tor.

Sometimes you launch apps on your phone and you didn't mean to or you launch it and change your mind because you didn't want to use them right then so you switch apps to the one you wanted to use and don't think about it again, it's not that easy with tor browser on Android and it's kind of annoying.

If you launch the Tor Browser on Android and don't hit the "connect" button you get a permanent notification that says "Orbot is starting" and the only way to get rid of it is to connect to tor and then exit the whole thing via the Firefox menu.

There should be a quick way to exit the app without connecting to tor and launching Firefox, that's it.

I'm not that familiar with writing tickets on this site so I hope I didn't screw it up to much.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
