make pospeselr alias for richard
pospeselr (from irc) is richard (from ldap).
You might reasonably try to email the irc person you were talking to, and in this case it would fail.
We've made aliases for a bunch of other people when their irc name is more memorable than their ldap name.
Let's do one here too.
