Please no longer delegate onionperf-dev.torproject.net zone to AWS
tl;dr Please revert #32226 (moved).
This was originally requested in #32226 (moved) to support #32727 (moved) but it turns out that the nameservers are not stable in some cases when we do CloudFormation deployments. This isn't an issue if all your stuff is on AWS, but is an issue if there is an RTT of hours/days via Trac to update NS records.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
