Use Go modules for Snowflake
Snowflake CI is currently failing because we use the latest version of all libraries, the master branch of pion/dtls in particular is not compatable with its usage by other libraries.
We should add a go.mod and go.sum to snowflake
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
