Release Onionoo 7.1-1.24.1
I'm going to put out a patch release that bumps the protocol version to 7.1 and that also schedules the next major protocol version update for February 20, 2020.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
