hourly network throughput dropdown
The attached image from a system running 2 relays shows a drop down at each full hour. This pattern seems to correlate with the hourly compress + stat files sending/receiving.
I do wonder if those tasks should be run in separate threads with lower priority to not interfere with the network throughput.
