Create entry in support.torproject.org for Onion-Location automatic redirects.
We need an entry in support page for the Learn more in #21952 (moved) (see https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/attachment/ticket/21952/21952%20-%20UI%20Review.png).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
