Bridge usage summary in git alpha says time in GMT but doesn't say it does

When I click "who has used my bridge", it says "Clients from the following countries have used your relay since ". But that date is in the future.

I know that Tor has a habit of saying times in GMT. What does Vidalia generally do? It seems that we should either say "GMT" in the string, which won't help much, or do the conversion for the user before displaying it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
