Dead mirror link to calyx institute in "downloading" Tor manual page
Under the "Mirrors" section of the download page in the Tor manual (https://tb-manual.torproject.org/downloading/) opening the mirror link to the Calyx Institute (https://tor.calyxinstitute.org/) fails because the certificate expired on June 8, 2019.
