Allow for the dnsel.torproject.org zone to be reloaded by the tordnsel user on check-01
I think we're going with RNDC keys, and I can run a Python/shell command at the end of each update to reload the zone from the filesystem.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
