GetTor fails to respond if you don't include a proper command

Right now GetTor will only respond to emails in the following circumstances:

• With a help message if the email (or subject) contains the keyword "help"

• With links if the email (or subject) contains the keyword "links" or a valid platform

We should fix this to always send an email, defaulting to a help message if a platform or links aren't provided.
