Torouter OS and configuration

We need to come up with a list of requirements for the OS and the Torouter config (with the DreamPlug in mind). In an email to tor-dev, Jake suggests that we:

• Re-flash devices to have Debian or a modern Ubuntu.
• Lock down the device, except with Tor and OpenSSH as listening services.
• A few stock configuration files.
• Time syncing (clockskew for example).
• Randomly generated password that we uniquely key for each device.
• Non-exit relay by default.
• Ship 0.2.3.x with tor-fw-helper enabled by default.
