TorDNSEL not working

For several days now, service TorDNSEL is not working:

$ host 18.100.70.109.443.104.61.47.78.ip-port.exitlist.torproject.org Host 18.100.70.109.443.104.61.47.78.ip-port.exitlist.torproject.org not found: 2(SERVFAIL)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
