torperf svn still looks active

https://svn.torproject.org/svn/torperf/trunk/ looks like it's the real torperf repository. It's only if you happen to read the README that you learn otherwise.

I think we should branch it (or tag it -- whichever it is we're supposed to do in svn) as it was before the move to git, and then drop everything from trunk but the README.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
