Include partial downloads in existing TTLB graphs
With #26673 (moved) being resolved we should include partial downloads in existing TTLB graphs. Maybe there's a way to put less emphasis on the different file sizes and combine the various partial downloads in a single TTLB graph.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
