Release CollecTor 1.15.2
I need to put out CollecTor 1.15.2 today with an update to metrics-lib 2.13.0 in order to archive OnionPerf's analysis results file format version 2.0.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
