GetTor should set In-Reply-To when responding to email
GetTor currently doesn't set the In-Reply-To header when responding to an email. That breaks threading in the user's mailbox and it also makes it slightly more difficult to test our autoresponder.
It's not high priority but let's add the In-Reply-To header at some point.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
