tor --digests does not print digests of most sources in src/or/
In 0.2.2.4-alpha, Tor's unit tests were split out of src/or/ into a new src/test/ directory, and the Makefile was changed to link most source files for Tor itself into a new libtor.a library so that the unit tests could still be linked to them. Unfortunately, or_sha1.i still only contains hashes of the files linked directly into the tor executable, not the files linked into libtor.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
