Expose more information about DIR_FETCH streams to controllers
Currently, we do not expose the purpose of a tunneled directory connection to controllers. We should, in both STREAM events and the reply to GETINFO stream-status.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
