TBB should use __OwningControllerProcess and TAKEOWNERSHIP
In #3049 (moved), an __OwningControllerProcess option and a TAKEOWNERSHIP control-port command were added to Tor. Tor Browser Bundles should use these options to avoid leaving an uncontrollable orphan Tor process running.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
