popup displayed for each tab affected by noscript's rule change
First I load some tabs (for simplicity, with one site) with torbutton on. Then I turn it off. Then I change some rule in noscript; e.g., allow a certain site. This causes all the affected tabs to be reloaded.
The result is that torbutton displays a notice for each tab loaded in different state and the reload being blocked. If there are many tabs, I have to click as many times to close the popups, or turn torbutton on again.
