BinSearch rule missing domain
The BinSearch rule works for binsearch.info, but not binsearch.net-- same site, different domain.
[Unsure whether the rule problem should be reported here or to the rules mailing list. The HTTPS Everywhere development page read like the rules mailing list was for new rules.]
