Repeated warnings with bufferevents enabled

When passing --enable-bufferevents to configure and then using tor as a client, I get a lot of these warnings in the log:

fetch_from_evbuffer_socks(): Bug: We seem to be caught in a parse loop; breaking out

Traffic still goes through as expected tho.

nickm thinks the #1666 (moved) stuff must be responsible here.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
