move Vidalia bundles to server-only style package
At the dev meeting there was discussion about how to promote TBB as our only recommended client interface. Part of doing this is discouraging the use of things like the Vidalia bundle for client usage. In order to do this, we should remove polipo and Torbutton since they are only for client usage.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
