create support.torproject.org
support.torproject.org should be a combination support system for users, web forum, and all-around place to get technical or other support for tor users the world over. Additionally, it could be multi-lingual and offer live chat/phone support. We could also figure out how to do this anonymously or charge for support services based on response times (1 week, 24h, live chat/phone).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
