Prefill "Advanced Search" page with current search filters

If the user has defined advanced search parameters, when the user loads the advanced search page, the parameters that have already been defined should be entered in the form when the page is loaded. This sort of functionality is already implemented for the "Flags" component of the page, but this should also be implemented for the "Sort Order" and "Filter Options" components. This would prove to be helpful to users that would like to continue to add filters to their searches incrementally.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
