Provide auth headers to on-modify-request
The on-modify-request observer is unable to modify Authenticate headers in most cases. The authenticate header is added by Firefox after this observer fires. We need to patch Firefox to provide these headers to us to modify/remove them properly (for #3748 (closed)).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
