TorStatus frontpage graph makes me think the network is dead

I've attached the graphic I'm seeing on the front page of http://www.torstatusbeta.org/

The left-hand column has "bandwidth" ranging from 0MB to 2000MB. There's a line that goes from 2000MB down to 0MB over the course of the graph.

Then there's a legend that shows one line is "observed bandwidth", and another identical line is "average active relays".

Maybe if my browser had higher resolution I would discover that one of the lines is green and the other is not-quite-green. But I don't think you can squash two graphs into one graph like this and still have it be readable.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
