please give dererk upload access to the deb.tpo repo

dererk has been maintaining Vidalia in the Debian proper repositories for a while now, and he's also recently been working on torctl and arm with atagar. My own packaging dancing card is too full as it is, so I asked him if he'd be willing to take care of the Vidalia packages in our repos (for all suites / architectures) and he said he would.

Can we give him access to the deb.tpo repo? I'm not sure if he has access to build machines that are sufficient for building all of these packages, but we should probably give him access to dixie's build infrastructure (all the chroots, sbuild-stuff, etc.) as well.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
