Update GetTor text about large email attachments

GetTor says the following about macos-i386, macos-ppc, linux-i386, and linux-x86_64:

Note that this package is rather large and needs your email provider to allow for attachments of about 30MB in size.

I suggest that we update this text to either list email providers that will allow for attachments of about 30MB, or list email providers that won't allow these attachments.

Can we also autoreply to users who request these packages from @gmail, @hotmail, and @yahoo and tell them that "Sorry, your provider will not allow for attachments of this size" (or something similar, I just want us to tell the users something)?

Most users have no idea what the maximum attachment size of their provider is, and so they end up emailing tor-assistants or community-support for help.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
