Vidalia 0.2.15 OS X info.plist Bug

In os x there is an option in Info.plist that allows the app to run in the background w/o menus. its called the LSUIElement.

On both tiger (PPC) and snow leopard (INTEL) vidalia 0.2.1.5 has this value as true (1), it should be false. when you open vidalia on a standalone basis you don't see the menus or its presence in the dock. I guess this has something to do with how it should be set when running from the one size fits all bundle. but for those of use who run vidalia as a separate "i want to touch it and play with it' app its wrong.

the fix is obvious, right click on vidalia and select show contents, then nav to Contents---Info.plist, find the LSUIElement near the bottom and change its value to 0.

i also reclassified this property as a number (which i think is the proper form, its currently as a string but honestly i'm not a real programmer guy)

the fix is to right click on vidalia 02.1.15
