Add a note to Tor user manual that support is volunteer-based
kaner mentioned getting pushback from people he helped on community-support, saying things like "Tor's customer support division is not very professional".
It might be good to put a short note in the next revision of the manual explaining that there is no customer support division at Tor.
Phrasing would be tricky though -- we do have people trying to be helpful, but they're not really doing it in any official or company-organized capacity.
