Andrew Exit Scanner is too spammy
"Andrew Exit Scanner" doesn't seem to be using the default cron.sh that ships with torflow. It is sending too much spam as a result. I can't sift through the exit scanner mails at this volume. This is why we wrote the --confirmed step in the cron script (which filters out the spammy reasons unless they happened again in a second pass).
