Update rc.local file so that we can launch privte bridges and relays
The rc.local file only passes "bridge" to the ec2-prep script. We should create two other rc.local files (e.g. rc.local.privbridge and rc.local.relay) and make sure that the build script pulls in the right one.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
