TOR Button deletes sub-windows window.name property

I have a web app that opens a sub-window in javascript, eg... windowRef1 = window.open("something.com", "window1"); If you open Firebugs console for the sub-window and type: window.name .. it will return "window1". However if I have TOR button 1.4.4 installed, this stops working after a while. I.e. the sub-window looses its name property (goes to empty string). I have been unable to tie down exactly when this is happening (not sure when TOR button is clearing it) but seems to be some time after a new page is loaded into the sub-window. The bug appears even if the TOR is dissabled and vidialia is not running. The bug is not present in TOR Button 1.4.0. It is present in 1.4.4. I have tested it with FF3.6 and FF6 I'm running windows7 64 bit.
