Test deleting ticket changes

This ticket is a test of our "Delete Ticket Changes" feature for deleted versions. Here's the test:

• Create this ticket, assign it to version "Mixminion: 0.0.4rc1."

• Delete that version.

• Change the version field in this ticket to something else, e.g., "Mixminion: 0.0.4rc2." This change cannot be undone by changing the version field back, because the deleted version is not available anymore.

• Delete the last ticket change using our "Delete Ticket Change" feature. See whether the version is back at "Mixminion: 0.0.4rc1."
