Make sanitized web server logs available

We have been discussing sanitizing and publishing our web server logs for quite a while. The idea is to remove all potentially sensitive parts from the logs, publish them in monthly tarballs on the metrics website, and analyze them for top visited pages, top downloaded packages, etc. See #1641 (moved) and #2489 (moved) for details.

As of October 18, 2011, the sanitized logs for all of 2010 are available for download:

https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-dev/2011-October/002981.html

The final step will be to sanitize logs whenever the web server sync them to a metrics machine and to automate making tarballs.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
