Compile information about censorship and security threats
We should come up with a plan for how we can compile information about censorship and security threats. This could for example be done by using a wiki, or just a series of blog posts for the Tor Project blog.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
