Torbel uses just nicknames in many parts of its log

When reading a log line like "Circ to Unnamed failed (r:TIMEOUT remr:None). 1 failures", we don't really know what's up nor how to cross-reference this with the TorCtl log other than by timestamp. We probably should be using Tor's extended nickname feature, where we use the id digest and the nickname together with an indication of the Named status of the relay.

Probably easy to fix

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
