Soat: snakeinspector.py should remove/relocate old result files
After running for a while, snakeinspector accumulates a lot of ancient result files that take a long time to wade through. We should os.rename or os.relink them in libsoat.py's DataHandler class.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
