Improve shut down through users choice or setting

Currently Vidalia ask if you want to shut down Tor gracefully or not. Every time. There's nothing to remember the choice or setting to shut down graceful or not all the time.

The solution could be to add a checkbox "Remember my choice" to the dialog. Or two more choices "Yes, always." and "No, never."

Alternatively there could be a setting in Vidalia to toggle between graceful shutdown and forced quit.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
