rend-spec.txt describes HidServAuth option incorrectly

In rend-spec.txt §2.4:

     HidServAuth service-name service-address descriptor-cookie

HidServAuth lines don't have a ‘descriptor cookie’. They do have a description field at the end that no code uses. Document this, and if possible the history of the HidServAuth option.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
