Vidalia should not provide HTTP proxy option
Right now, Vidalia has an option for HTTP Proxy. However, this option is extremely misleading. If you choose it, Vidalia uses the HTTPProxy torrc option, which tor uses to only proxy directory traffic. Since Tor no longer uses HTTP for directory traffic, and instead uses tunneled dircons, this option is entirely unused and gives users a false sense of security.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
