Spoof screen coordinates on DOM MouseEvent
I thought this would be a patch to Firefox (#2875 (closed)), but when I did that (via nsIDOMMouseEvent), it messed up the entire XUL UI too.
Turns out it is totally doable from JS hooks, though.
