Consider silencing Latest Headlines to prevent Tor Browser from pinging Mozilla and BBC servers

Even when Tor Browser is left completely idle, it periodically checks for updates to its "Latest Headlines" feed (located under Bookmarks -> Bookmarks Toolbar -> Latest Headlines). It would be a good practice to silence this kind of "stealth" traffic if it's not mandatory, either by removing the feed or disabling its auto-update feature.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
