new vm for updates.torproject.org
In the next few weeks Erinn and Tomas will want a new VM for serving Thandy packages. All it needs is a standard webserver to serve static files.
The trick is that it's going to have the timestamp key for Thandy on it, so it should be accessible by Erinn and Tomas and not other normal Tor people.
They have a testing platform already, so this one would be their production server.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
