OSX Universal package includes PowerPC-only privoxy

If you install the universal binary version of the Tor package on Mac OS X, you end up running a PowerPC version of privoxy. This has been the case for a while now, since I first started testing UB versions on the mac. It can be confirmed by running Activity Monitor and looking in the Kind column. Also the 'file' command reports:

$ file /Library/Privoxy/privoxy /Library/Privoxy/privoxy: Mach-O executable ppc

compare to the tor executable:

$ file /Library/Tor/tor /Library/Tor/tor: Mach-O universal binary with 2 architectures /Library/Tor/tor (for architecture i386): Mach-O executable i386 /Library/Tor/tor (for architecture ppc): Mach-O executable ppc

I have just installed 0.1.2.17 and confirmed that it is still the case.
